Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a holistic method founded by the German physician and chemist Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843) at the end of the 18th and beginning of the 19th century. It is a gentle method to stimulate life force and views the person as an integrated system of mind, body, and soul. The method identifies imbalances and restores lost equilibrium.

The word "homeopathy" comes from Ancient Greek:

• ὅμοιος (homoios) – "similar"
• πάθος (pathos) – "suffering", "disease", "feeling"

In translation, "homeopathy" means "like cures like".

Through a homeopathic consultation, the imbalance that needs correction is identified in order to achieve well-being. A homeopathic remedy is selected that best matches the client’s characteristics and overall profile. When chosen correctly, balance, harmony, and enhanced life energy are achieved.
